I must add that the sales rep has been very helpful and have gone the extra mile in making sure every detail was taken care off. In addition, she is also very patient and prompt in explaining and replying to all our queries.
Have to say that she displayed these qualities throughout the half a year of preparation. We are very impressed. Organising a life event with 260 guests is never easy. I wish to commend your services for yesterday's event! I had a group of VIPs so I wanted to make sure that it went well. In fact, even though the reception was only 1 part of the event, many of the guests had something nice to say about lunch! A few asked for your contact so I passed them the cards you left on the table. The delivery was prompt, presentation and flowers were beautiful and (all) the food was delicious. People especially liked the pineapple seafood fried rice.
My team has had quite a few events with you now and it's good to know we can count on your reliable service for big and small events.

The operations team that was assigned to replenish the food did a very good job in ensuring that our parishioners had warm and fresh foods.
They were also very systematic in replenishing the food which helped in ensuring a smooth flow of food.
In addition, our parishioners have sung praises about the delicious food. We appreciate Rasel’s sales team in providing cream colored theme instead of black given that it is a Christmas event in Church.
Overall, Rasel has delivered good food and great service to our Church and we will look to cater again from Rasel for our future events.
